Valupak Multi Vitamin has all the essential nutrients needed to supplement your diet and maintain a healthy body. Each tablet contains a broad range of vitamins, including:
- A, C and D, which help strengthen your immune system
- E, which protects cells from oxidative damage
- B, which helps maintain high levels of energy
- Folic acid, pantothenic acid and B12, which help reduce tiredness and fatigue
How should I take Valupak Multi Vitamin?
Suitable for adults and children over 12. Take one tablet per day with water.
This supplement should not be taken as a replacement for a healthy diet.
This supplement is not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding. We would recommend a multivitamin specifically formulated for pregnancy, such as Pregnacare.
