About Pharmica

Pharmica is fully regulated and authorised by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to sell medicines through our website.

Pharmica Ltd is registered in England and Wales as an online pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council. You can view the registration information on the General Pharmaceutical Council website.

Yes. All the treatments that we sell are supplied by regulated UK authorised distributors and are never outsourced.

The questionnaire is required so we can assess your symptoms and medical history in order to issue a prescription.

We offer the option to give your GP details when you are placing your order. We can notify your GP for you if you wish, but we would not reveal any information without your consent.

Unlike Feefo, Trustpilot does not give you the ability to alter your name or leave an anonymous review at the time of entering the review. You can, however, do this after leaving the review. Here is an article on how to do it: Trustpilot Username Editing

Yes. Your personal details and order history are completely confidential and will never be shared with a third party.

Ordering

No. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with others. Only one code can be applied per order, but you can choose which you would like to apply.

No. All you need to do is complete a quick online medical consultation. This will be reviewed by one of our prescribers, and if treatment is suitable for you, they will prescribe the treatment free of charge. For some treatments, however, you will need to have been diagnosed with the relevant medical condition by a GP or pharmacist prior to ordering from us.

Yes. You can sign in to your account on the website and choose the option to make a repeat order.

Yes, because your medical situation may change. If you have filled in a previous order, however, all the information is filled automatically and you just have to read through to make sure that it is correct.

Once you have placed an order with us, email confirmations are automatic. If you have not received one, please check your junk mail. Also, double-check that you have provided us with the correct email address upon registration. If you have any issues, contact the Pharmica patient care team for assistance.

Delivery, postage and packaging

Not currently, but we are looking to extend our range of services.

The weekday cutoff is 16:00. On Saturdays, it’s 11:00.

All medications are sent through a courier service such as Royal Mail and delivered directly to you. The packaging is plain, without branding or labels.

Yes, you can track the order using a tracking number provided in the dispatch email. It can take a few hours from the receipt of the dispatch email for the tracking number to become active.

We offer two main delivery options. The first is to send the medication through Royal Mail. This will be delivered from the next working day when placed before our order cut off time. The second option is a same day delivery service using a courier, which is only available within London.

In some cases, your item can be automatically upgraded depending on its size or weight.

Payment

We accept all major payment cards, American Express, Apple and Android Pay. We are also very proud to be one of the few UK online pharmacies that are able to offer the option to pay through PayPal.

The reference for your payment will appear as Pharma on your bank statement.

Our treatments

No. If you suspect you have an infection, you should consult your GP for treatment. If you’re going abroad and require Doxycycline, you can find it at Central Travel Clinic.

Yes. We stock a variety of prescription and non-prescription treatments for ED that are highly effective at treating the condition in most men. The majority of our ED treatments come in branded and generic forms, the latter of which includes Sildenafil (Viagra), Tadalafil (Cialis), and Vardenafil (Levitra).

We do not stock or prescribe Zopiclone at Pharmica. We do, however, stock effective over-the-counter medications to treat temporary sleeping problems. See our full range here.

We do, but we only prescribe treatment for patients who have been diagnosed with a fungal infection before, and for whom antifungal cream successfully treated it.


You can. We stock a variety of Regaine products for both men and women that are clinically proven to help stop hair loss and even help hair grow back.

Yes. We stock Finasteride (Propecia) in generic and branded forms. See our full range here.

Yes. We stock Nurofen Plus which is a painkiller containing ibuprofen and codeine. We also stock of a range of other pain relief treatments, which you can view here.

Yes. When purchasing Ventolin, you’ll first be asked to complete a quick online consultation to ensure the treatment is right for you. Once that’s complete, you may purchase up to two Ventolin inhalers from us.

We prescribe a variety of weight loss medications, including Alli, Orlos, Xenical and Orlistat. All four of these medications contain the active ingredient Orlistat, but come in different strengths.

If you’re looking to purchase weight loss medication from us, you’ll first be asked to fill out a quick medical questionnaire regarding your height and current weight. That way we’ll know which treatment would be most appropriate for you. Please note that we do not currently stock Saxenda (Liraglutide) for weight loss, but may do in the future.

No. The only anti-malaria medications we sell are Malarone and Lariam (Mefloquine). If you’re looking for Hydroxychloroquine to treat lupus, rheumatoid arthritis or porphyria cutanea tarda, you must speak to your GP.

Please note: despite rumours in the press and elsewhere, Hydroxychloroquine is not an approved or recommended treatment or preventative treatment for COVID-19 and should not be used as such. If you suspect you or someone you’ve been in physical contact with has COVID-19, you must self-isolate immediately and arrange to be tested.

Yes. We have a range of topical treatments, creams, washes and exfoliating products that are effective at treating acne. See our full range here.

You can - but only if you have been diagnosed with genital herpes (HSV-1 or HSV-2) or cold sores (herpes labialis) by your GP.


No. We do not prescribe Benzodiazepines for anxiety or any other health condition. It’s important to remember that these medications are designed for very short-term use and that they can quickly cause addiction when used for an extended period of time.

Withdrawals from Benzodiazepine addiction are very dangerous and can be fatal if the medication is stopped suddenly. See your GP urgently if you need help with Benzodiazepine addiction.

Every point is worth one penny. Therefore, if your order is £9.95 including delivery, you need 995 points to pay with points.

If you have enough points to cover the cost of the products you wish to purchase and the delivery charge, you will be given the option to pay with points on the final payment page.
