First off, it's super easy to use. Just take it like an hour or two before the moment, and it kicks in right on time. What I noticed is that it gave me more control—not just lasting longer physically, but mentally I felt more relaxed, like I wasn’t constantly worried about finishing too early. That alone made a big difference.
