theses pills are the only meds that clears my migraines. by having this pill it keeps me in work so i dont have to take sick days off. i take a pill and with in 20 to 30 mins it starts to clear. they do make me a bit sleepy for a hour or so. if im not working i will just take a quick nap and it seems to work even better
