Bought Herbal Nytol but it didn't Help the sleep pattern- will stay with regular one a night Nytol
They worked, they didn't knock me out as it was more subtle than that. More interesting dreams also.
I have repeatedly used Pharmica because they are very efficient and friendly and the ordering process is very simple for the products are very competitively priced.
Good and nice calming effect but not very strong, I needed to take more tablets to achieve the effect.

I find that I need to take 2 Nytol tablets rather than the recommended 1 tablet before going to bed otherwise the 1 tablet does not make me very sleepy.
