The item we bought was sent back to you some weeks ago now and we have not received a refund as requested.It was an awful item we bought and hoped a refund would have made ammends
Have to fiddle a bit to fit and be able to replace cap but new to this so we'll get used to fitting
The service is very good arrived the next day
