OneVit Vitamin B12 contains methylcobalamin, which is a naturally occurring, active form of vitamin B12.

The unique molecular structure of methylcobalamin allows for immediate absorption without the need for conversion into another compound.

This enables methylcobalamin to directly influence metabolic processes, facilitating faster utilisation by the body.

In contrast, cyanocobalamin is a synthetic form of vitamin B12 that requires conversion into methylcobalamin by the liver before it can take effect in the body.

This additional step can take several hours, depending on individual metabolic factors, which can delay the onset of its benefits.
