I have been using Dermol 500 since I have had a fungal infection back in May 2025. As my GP was not prescribing enough for me. I have had to purchase it from Pharmica Pharmacy Online shop. The Dermol 500 is exactly the same product as I have been getting prescribed from my own GP. It is the same quality and it also has an excellent Expiring date. I have purchased this product recently from Pharmica Pharmacy and the expiry date is 12/2026. It is the cheapest that I have saw it online and it's the only company that I would trust especially when it comes to your skin. Postage to Northern Ireland UK is very fast and I am very impressed with my order as it is meticulously packaged and delivered with ultimate care by Royal Mail. I would highly recommend Dermol 500 to anyone. But I personally would advise first time users to check with their Health Care Practitioner first. As it was my GP who recommend it to me. Thank you so much to all the Pharmica Pharmacy team for making my purchasing experience a very pleasant and very positive one. Many Thanks And Appreciation RAC.
