I ordered some medication in early December but it didn’t arrive. In February I re-ordered, assuming it hadn’t been processed. They then sent me both orders, charging me for both. They refused to reimburse me for the first order, claiming they’d emailed me to advise of an issue with my account - but I never received this. Had they troubled to check they would’ve know it was a duplicate order. Were they reasonable and interested in customer care they would’ve exercised their discretion. I won’t be using them again.
