Step 1

Generate and Share Your Referral Link

To start sharing, visit the Refer a Friend section of your Pharmica account and generate your unique referral link. Once generated, your referral link can be used by your friends and family to get 10% OFF their first order - simply share it with them via SMS, social media, email or tell them your unique code in person! For every successful referral, you’ll get 10% OFF your next order!

Step 2

Ask Your Friend to Use Your Referral Link

Your friends and family can either use the unique referral link you shared to get their discount (which will automatically apply at checkout) or manually enter your unique referral code at checkout to get 10% OFF their first order with us. Once their order has been placed and successfully dispatched, you will receive your referral reward!

Step 3

Claim Your Reward

To claim your reward, visit the My Referral Rewards section of the Refer a Friend page of your Pharmica account, where you will be able to claim your earned discount to use on your next order! You can refer as many friends as you would like and you’ll receive a reward every time you successfully make a referral!

The Pharmica Refer a Friend program rewards you for referring friends and family to Pharmica! You can get rewards for every friend that you refer, while they will get 10% OFF their first order!

When can I start referring my friends?

You can begin referring your friends as soon as you have successfully placed your first order with Pharmica!

How many referrals can I make?

You can refer as many friends as you would like! We’d love you to spread the word about our service and you’ll receive a reward every time you successfully make a referral.

Where can I find my unique referral link?

You can find your referral link at the top of the Refer section in your account.

How do I share my unique referral link?

Simply click the “Copy” button to copy your referral link and send it to your friends and family via SMS, social media or email. You can also tell them the unique promo code in person!

How long is my unique referral link active for?

Once generated, your referral link will remain active as long as you have an account with Pharmica.

When do I get my referral reward?

You will receive your referral reward as soon as your friend’s order is successfully dispatched.

When does my friend get their reward?

Your friends and family will be able to get 10% off their first order as soon as they receive your unique referral link.

Can my friend use a referral promo code in combination with other promotions?

Referral discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

Can I claim my referral rewards in combination with other promotions?

Referral rewards cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other promotions or rewards.

'Referrer[s]' denotes Pharmica customers who have made their first purchase and are therefore eligible to share their unique referral code and link.

'Referee[s]' denotes friends and family who are invited to register and become Pharmica customers and get 10% OFF their first purchase using a referral code or link provided by a Referrer.

Sharing and claiming Pharmica Refer a Friend program rewards as a Referrer:

To be eligible for and take part in the Pharmica Refer a Friend program, the Referrer must have one account with Pharmica with at least one (1) previous purchase
Referrers are eligible to earn and claim one (1) reward for every successful purchase made by a Referee with the use of the Referrer's unique code.
Each reward grants a 10% discount to the Referrer for their next purchase.
If a Referrer claims a reward, the discount will be automatically applied. A reward is only valid for one (1) purchase after claiming.
Only new customers to Pharmica who are over the age of 18 are eligible to receive rewards from Referrers. Pharmica reserves the right to refuse the sale of any treatment to any party.
Referrers must be over the age of 18.
Referrer rewards may only be used one at a time.
Referrer coupons may not be combined with other coupons or discounts within a single order.
Referrer rewards shall be issued when the Referee's order is successfully despatched. In some cases, coupons may be issued late without prior notice.
The Referrer will be notified via email once a Referee's order has been successfully dispatched.
Referrer rewards are eligible for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Pharmica reserves the right to refuse to issue any reward to any Referrer or Referred Friend at any time.
Pharmica reserves the right to change any element of the Pharmica Refer a Friend program and to make amends to the Refer a Friend program terms and conditions.

Claiming Pharmica Refer a Friend program rewards as a Referee:

Referee[s] are eligible for 10% off their first purchase with Pharmica by using a referral code or link provided by a Referrer.
Referral codes only apply to first-time purchases.
Referee[s] must be at least 18 years of age.
Pharmica reserves the right to cancel rewards if a refund is requested on the order for which the coupon was offered.
Pharmica reserves the right to cancel orders and rewards of the Referrer or Referee[s] (or both) if manipulation of the Pharmica Refer a Friend program is suspected.
Referee[s] rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
