Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)

The MHRA is a government regulator and part of the Department of Health and Social Care. It is responsible for ensuring medicines and medical devices dispensed and sold by UK pharmacies are legitimate and safe. Any UK website that wants to sell medicines must be authorised by the MHRA in order to do so.

General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

The GPhC is an independent body that regulates the pharmacy profession in England, Scotland, and Wales. Established in 2010 alongside the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, it oversees pharmacy premises, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians to promote the safe and effective practice of pharmacy in Britain. Our pharmacy and pharmacists are registered with the GPhC, and we renew our registration annually in compliance with the law.
